Shipping

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Magazines shipped domestically will be sent via Royal Mail, apparel and international shipments will be sent via DHL.

We will share tracking information with you. Note that Middle Plane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking information.

Objects will be handled via specialist art couriers and costs will be calculated accordingly.

Note that customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs and duty. Our standard delivery option guarantees items will be shipped within seven days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, however Middle Plane will cover return shipping costs for items being exchanged or repaired. Please email us and we will generate a returns label for you.

Returns policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, returns must be sent unused, unworn, and in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We have the right to refuse returns which do not meet these conditions. Returns must include the completed returns form provided with your purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Where goods are misdescribed or faulty, you have the option to return the item for repair or exchange. In this case please alert Middle Plane as soon as possible and return the item within 14 days of delivery.

Note that garments made from deadstock fabrics may have imperfections that are considered a part of the design. Objects made from clay may feature cracks which are a natural occurence in this material.

Please note we do not accept returns on magazines, swimwear, underwear, jewellery or pieces from our ‘Objects’ collection.
